I'm a little bit more generous than my predecessor.
as a gift for this delicious roastbeef I'll send THE roastbeef I used to roast.
sake(1 cup)
shoyou sauce(1 cup)
fresh ginger(peeled and smashed ou pressed)+/- 1 table spoon.

* meat in the sauce above for about 1/2 hour.
* hot pan
* sauce in the pan(without the meat).
* boil the sauce.
* meat in the pan(I like to use the so called file mignon)
* 2 minutes one side and then turn 8 minutes the other
DONE(almost raw.want some more time?leave the pan a little bit more)
